“I have worked with so many coaches, healers, therapist and trauma specialists over the years and I’ve been a coach myself for 20+ years and this is what I want to share about Erin and her work: She got to the core of things immediately on the first session. I was so impressed with how she got me out of my head and into my body and helped me process brings that had been stuck for decades. I’ve gone back to her time after time to continue the work because how much I feel I’m releasing. I highly recommend her!”

“I’ve had several sessions with Erin. We’ve easily gone much deeper than I expected into early childhood trauma, even early pre-cognitive stuff. She creates the container for that to happen in. We’ve processed shame, fear, rage, anxiety, abandonment – things even long years of meditation hadn’t gotten to. Deeply grateful for her help.”

“I needed some therapy with you to help me with my long-term physical issues. In the past in the last few years I have had a lot of health issues that weren’t getting better, and the medical profession couldn’t help. My life has never been easy, and I have suffered a lot of emotional trauma and disappointments, and physical pain has stemmed from that. I was feeling less able to cope with stress, and I had a lot of suppression in my life for many different reasons. This was causing my body to feel blocked. I was also emotionally reactive and physically exhausted. Life felt like a struggle. Erin, you helped me to locate and release some anger, sadness, and frustration safely. You listened with patience, and I felt safe and in control at all times throughout the two sessions I had with you. This made me feel respected and acknowledged. You were also kind and thoughtful and patient. Thank you for helping me get one step closer to balance and normality in my life.”

Erin holds a very grounding space and offers an invigorating journey of deep self-inquiry. I always experience expansion during these sessions and acquire a lot of insight into my subconscious realm and unconscious behavioural patterns, and how these have manifest in my current life experience. I walk away feeling very empowered and much more aware. Thank you, Erin, I look forward to continuing our work together.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring Erin as an Embodied Processing Practitioner. While already being certified she wanted to broaden and refine her skills in this modality. She courageously asks questions and has been willing to educate herself on topics and issues beyond her personal experience so she can most effectively help those who seek her services.  I’ve witnessed her generously offer sessions free to others in the community in order to gain experience and be of service to others. She is very understanding about ways we humans can be wounded and she brings compassion and non-judging support to her work with others. She has also educated herself on several different modalities and I’m excited to see how she will be weaving those together to help others.”
