I support women experiencing chronic stress, childhood wounds, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation with a compassionate, body-centered approach.
I studied at the University of Toronto and Wilfrid Laurier University before completing additional training at the Center for Healing.
I’m committed to ongoing learning and regularly continue my education in trauma-informed care, somatic healing, and nervous system support.
I’m also a proud mother to a young daughter.
Family is deeply important to me.
I volunteer as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and coach Learn to Skate.
Helping people grow has always been part of who I am.
You’ll usually find me outside.
I love running, spending time in nature, and camping with my family.
Nature is one of the places where I feel most grounded.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
If you’re looking for compassionate, trauma-informed support, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and right for you.
About My Mentor – Sister Delores
A trusting friend and mentor who made a significant contribution to who I am today.
In 2015 I met a nun named Sister Dolores who told me as soon as I met her that she would never retire since Saint Mother Teresa never retired.

Sister Dolores worked at a school for 21 years in the Philippines. After returning to Canada Sister Dolores settled in London, Ontario. They called her Mother Theresa of London Ontario. Tiny, but feisty Sister Dolores would go to city hall, time after time saying that there were people living on the street and demanded that the city give them a home. The city finally agreed and provided two shelters. Sister Dolores took in the people who other shelters refused. She treated them as family and helped them get back on their feet. Many people she helped had suffered major trauma. I did not know it at the time but Sister Dolores led the way and gave me a great example to follow by treating people, who were struggling, with great compassion, love and respect. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and retain their own human dignity. It was a blessing to walk with Sister Dolores on her journey and I would be honored to be part of your journey

May she rest in peace.
