Compassionate Support for Emotional Healing
Somatic Therapist • Nervous System Coach • Clinical Hypnotist
Hi, I’m Erin. I support women in healing the effects of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, abuse, shame, and long-standing emotional stress.
My work is grounded in nervous system safety and the belief that healing happens when you feel truly met, and not rushed, fixed, or pushed through.
Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive for your system, creating space for understanding, healing, and reconnection with yourself.
Through somatic therapy, clinical hypnosis, emotional regulation support, and animal-assisted therapy, I help women reconnect with safety, process unresolved experiences, and create lasting change from the inside out.

When Trauma, Abuse, and Shame Still Affect Your Life
Sometimes what you’re experiencing as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection isn’t the problem itself—it’s the echo of earlier experiences that were never fully processed or supported.
When the nervous system has lived through trauma, abuse, or experiences that felt overwhelming, it can continue to respond as if those moments are still happening. This can shape how you feel, how you relate to yourself, and how safe the world feels day to day.
You may recognize yourself here if:
✅ You experienced childhood trauma and still feel its impact in adulthood
✅ You carry shame, self-blame, or emotional patterns that feel hard to explain.
✅ You have experienced sexual trauma or abuse and want a safe, supportive space for healing.
✅ You feel on edge, guarded, or constantly scanning for what might go wrong
✅ You struggle to fully relax or feel safe in your body, even when life is calm.
✅ You feel disconnected from yourself, your emotions, or your relationships.
These responses are not signs of weakness. They are adaptive survival responses that once helped you get through difficult experiences.
Healing begins by meeting these patterns with understanding, safety, and compassion, rather than pressure or judgment.
These patterns make sense when we understand how the nervous system adapts to experience.

Healing begins with safety.
Nervous System Healing Philosophy
I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to listen to what our experiences have been trying to tell us.
Many emotional struggles are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are often the natural result of living through experiences that overwhelmed your ability to cope at the time.
Whether those experiences stem from childhood trauma, sexual trauma, abuse, chronic stress, or difficult life events, healing is possible when we approach them with compassion, curiosity, and respect for the nervous system.
My role is not to fix you. My role is to help you reconnect with your own capacity for healing, regulation, and self-trust, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know which service is right for me before reaching out?
No. You don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting me. Together, we’ll explore what you’re looking for and determine which approach may best support your needs and goals.
What kinds of concerns do you support clients with?
I work with women experiencing the effects of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, abuse, shame, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation. Support is always tailored to your unique experiences and circumstances.
How is this different from traditional therapy?
Many clients come to this work after trying other forms of support. My approach incorporates nervous system awareness, somatic healing, and body-based practices alongside emotional support, creating space for healing that includes both mind and body.
What is a trauma-informed approach?
A trauma-informed approach recognizes that many emotional and physical symptoms can be connected to past experiences. Rather than focusing on what’s “wrong” with you, we work to understand how your nervous system has adapted and create the conditions for healing, safety, and regulation.
Are sessions offered online or in person?
Sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many clients find they feel more relaxed and supported when engaging in this work from an environment that already feels familiar and safe.
What if I feel nervous about starting?
That’s completely understandable. Many clients feel uncertain before their first session. You are welcome to ask questions, move at your own pace, and share only what feels comfortable. There is no expectation to tell your entire story right away.
Do you offer a consultation?
Yes. A consultation provides an opportunity to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and determine whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.
